behold!

What's the best part about my washing machine taking a puke?

Wait for it...

A brand new turbo-charged high-efficiency ultimate Amana!

Yes, I've run FIVE loads of wash since it came--and I've sat in front of the door watching the magic happen as the loads wash, rinse and spin. I'm mesmerized by it's awesomeness, people. I actually did the jazz hands when I showed it to Mr. D--he's bemused by my excitement over a new appliance, but I'm telling you, this machine is sublime.

  1. Jazz Hands!!! Right back atya. I love my front-loader.

Wait, I don't actually USE my front loader, but still, I love it.

Have you named her? Because I think you should.

  4. Jazz hands? I would pay money to see that.

Our girls will actually pull up a chair in front of ours and watch it go.

  6. And who ever said Diamonds are a girl's best friend - never had kids and laundry to do.

Give me a heavy duty appliance over a diamond - any day :)

  8. ::jealous!! ::

That is a mighty fine looking machine you got there, Greens!!! Since laundry is my favorite chore, I, like you, would be over the moon if I had one of these babies...

  9. I can see you're smitten.

... now, if it just came with a face-washing cycle, I could justify purchasing one for my crew.

They are such grubby monsters in the springtime.

Oh, well... It's what I get for teaching them to garden.

Congratulations on your new love affair. Such a thrill, really.

  10. Ooooooooh!
But wait, a delay option? That does not sound like a feature my family needs.

  16. My dryer blew up. We're looking for the cheapest one on Craig's List.
It came with the rental and we all know my landlord didn't pay his mortgage and we think he's hiding in Colombia.

  17. When we moved last fall, our old washer and dryer would not fit on the truck, I was so excited. We take regular trips to Sears scoping out what we are going to get when our house is done.

  19. I won my front loader in a bet with my husband and it was the best deal I've ever made! And I love the delay feature - pop your clothes in the night before, set the timer and wake up to a just finished load of laundry. As long as the coffee is ready too, life is good!

  20. We are sad sad people. I got excited about our washer and about my Dyson. I actually did a happy dance for both.
